2. Why do you want to be a leader of this organization?

I playing RP servers from 2 years. I have great experience in those servers in all Legal Orgs. With lot of experience in SAHP I can manage things in this city. I started my journey in SAHP from Rank 1 to Rank 29. I did as COS for all the departments in SAHP so I can deal with every department with care. And as I am fast learner so i can do max RP here in this City.

I have been in Organizations for almost 2years where I learned lot of things from SAHP, LSPD, FIB, NG and EMS. I gone through all the important roles where I did lot of departments to contact with every department which give me feel like family environment. It will give my best to make SAHP on top.

As I am aware of city rules so I can guide my officers not getting into trouble as well as Org also. By doing frequent meetings with my High Commands, we can discuss about how all units are doing their work within their limits. I will make all my units to feel free to talk with me. For building their confidence I will give bonus and promotions frequently.

3. Your Advice for Improving the Roleplay level in the Organization

When I joined SAHP in other cities I got a right training so I got lot of experience and interest on SAHP. I want to suggest some steps to be implemented in Org.

Human Resources:
This HR Dept. is the main department in Org. If every trooper gets great knowledge about ORG they can give their best and they make ORG the best in city. I personally take the Interview for the HR's because they are the backbone of Organization. I will make sure that every HR doing their duty right.

Internal Affairs:
As HRs, IA also so important to Organization. By checking every logs and BGC, It is important for me to get who are active and who are making bad things within ORG. So I can give full support to IA to do their work and I will take them with high responsible and experience candidates to do it.

Bonus System:
It will make most effect on Org high every trooper think about their work to be identify and it will motivate them to do more work. i planned for best reward systems for each unit who giving their best. I especially think about night shift officers who will be active can get more reward which will give more motivation for every trooper to stay at night. It will make Org more active.

Promotion Ceremony:
If every unit get their promotion for their activity it will give them more motivation to do more work in the city. I will arrange this ceremony every week with the events which will give fun to the officers. I think it will help to SAHP to be more active and attracts new people to join in Org.
