1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
Since I joined the Grp, I would like to lead the National Guard. Finding what would work best for me was challenging. Before arriving at NG, I went through EMS and LSPD. After deciding that NG was the best fit for me, I spent four terms there, rising from private to field marshal while serving as the HOD of HR and other departments and ensuring that we always maintained accurate data. After that, I returned to LSPD for four terms, where I worked as the HOD of HR and gained more knowledge about time-controlled operations, including managing both small and large teams and ensuring that schedules are followed. I feel I have the knowledge necessary to sustain NG for the upcoming term because I learnt all the ins and outs of the organization from some excellent leaders.
The second reason I want to be general is because I believe like NG is frequently left behind and is always seen as a subordinate organization. Maintaining current ammunition runs, building strong links with other organizations, and creating more enjoyable events for all active soldiers are my goals.
How I will do this,
In order to safeguard the various time zones, I will first want to appoint a few lead personnel for ammunition runs. This is because NG is very idle after gate hours, so we must reinstate night watch to maintain the numbers during non-gate duty hours. The third strategy will be to try to create more training activities between NG and other organizations in order to add more RP into the current structure. This can be done by creating stronger incentives for better troops, such as larger bonuses for the most recruits, most hours, or best-performing soldiers.
we will keep the 4 existing departments,
Human Resources - Training and recruiting
Special Air and Sea Division - 1st responders the soldiers on front line responding to all global calls and events
Air Force - For scouting missions and transport
Military Police - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organisation.
First and foremost, we must ensure that all training is properly completed so that individuals comprehend the regulations and can follow them without making mistakes (e.g., knowing when to aim weapons or tasers if a suspect is armed or unarmed). Additionally, we will see to it that the soldiers who consistently show up and perform their duties are acknowledged and thanked for their commitment to the army and hard work. Additionally, I've observed that in the past, when I was in Ng, the chain of command was not always followed. I would like to ensure that, in the event of an issue, the person passes the problem up the chain rather than immediately following the proper processes.
