2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have spent a full term in LSPD as the Executive Assistant Chief, with it being successful and some what stressful at times, Seeing what works and what doesn't. I plan to encourage all officers to really be excited for getting on duty with some great incentives such as bonuses, prizes and weekly promotions for officers that are really doing their part within the organisation. I truly want to encourage RP within the city, I believe that LSPD can be the core of this, I want the citizens of Los Santos to feel our police presence and feel safe, especially the new citizens to the city, with them being able to ask our officers questions and our officers being able to point them in the right direction. I want to encourage ride alongs for citizens to ride with 2 senior officers while patrolling the city and they can ask any questions they may have about the city and LSPD. Good incentives will be given to our officers for great interactions with our citizens! I believe that LSPD is the heart of the city and I want to do my part within the organisation and the city. With my primary focus being patrolling the city and towing, all officers will be eligible to join secondary departments. With our secondary Departments being SWAT and Fugitive Task Force, these two department will great additions to work with other organisations, SWAT with fast response and working with the assault teams of FIB and SAHP and the Fugitive Task Force working along side FIB's Undercover department to ensure no evidence is missed and we catch criminals bang to rights. (Different city)
2.I believe that LSPD has huge amounts of potential and can be the leading organisation within the city, I plan to really up the recruitment and training, with training videos to really streamline and reduce time of training. Newer citizens that join LSPD, will start in towing and be shown the ropes by a more senior officer to ensure that they have someone to answer any questions they may have and help them handle any situations that they may encounter that they might not be use to, which will also show them how they can handle any situations in the future as they get on their way and up through the ranking system of LSPD.
3.LSPD for me is the building blocks of Legal organisations, no decision will be done alone, I believe that all decisions should be looked at as a team, feedback from all officers will be encouraged and good implemented ideas will be rewarded, I personally think this is one of the keys to keeping a happy stable work force, With maximum numbers wanting to always be on duty, as everybody's opinion and ideas matter.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
1: Proper use of commands, for example- when giving a vehicle a fine, when towing a vehicle, turning your bodycam on and off and saving bodycam, when vehicles are being searched.
(e.g. /me runs hand along window to find vin number. /me turns on bulletproof/waterproof bodycam and checks for red light. /do it is recording, /me breaks open trunk)
To break open a trunk, the officer MUST have a crowbar in their inventory.
2: Meetings with other Organisation leaders to ensure a good relationship between all and that our work forces are being respectful to each other and helping each other.
3: Trying to keep everything possible IC, and not breaking character.
4: Encouraging our officers to embrace and engage in roleplay with bonus incentives, I believe that with our officers staying in character, citizens keep themselves in character, after all, we are here to protect the citizens and keep the streets clean.
